02 How hiring works
Find them, talk first, then hire.
- 01
Search and compare
Filter by skill, hourly rate, rating, level and country. Every profile shows reviews, completed orders and portfolio work.
- 02
Meet or message first
Start a Video Meet, or request custom work and talk about price and timeline before anything is funded.
- 03
Invite them to your job
Post a job for free, then invite the freelancers you like to bid. An invite does not hire them. They get an email with the job.
- 04
Pay for active time
On hourly work, freelancers livestream their shift and every session is recorded. Billing pauses on idle activity, so you only pay for active work time.
