The short answer

The cheapest pre-warmed email accounts we found are EmailPal's: $3 per inbox a month, warmed for at least 14 days, with no minimum term. If you need Google Workspace inboxes specifically, Puzzle Inbox sells pre-warmed ones at $4.50. If you already send from Smartlead or Instantly, their own pre-warmed accounts plug in with no setup, at $9 to $10 per inbox.

  • Lowest price per pre-warmed inboxEmailPal: $3 per inbox a month, warmed 14+ days, no minimum; 10 inboxes = $30/mo.
  • Pre-warmed Google WorkspacePuzzle Inbox: $4.50 per inbox a month, DNS set up for you, 7-day suspension replacement.
  • Already on SmartleadSmartlead: Google or Outlook pre-warmed mailboxes delivered in 1–2 hours, $9 each.
  • Longest stated warm-upLiteMail: Google or Microsoft inboxes warmed 4+ weeks, from $39/mo for 5.

We run cold email for our own products and for agency clients, so we compare pre-warmed inboxes on what decides whether they pay off: the real monthly cost per inbox, how long they were warmed, whether you own the domain, and how locked in you are.

EmailPal

Best place to buy pre-warmed email accounts: $3 per inbox, no minimum

Price
$3 per inbox a month, domain included
Type
SMTP inboxes
Warmed
At least 14 days; warming continues free
Minimum
None; release any inbox, billing stops

EmailPal rents pre-warmed SMTP inboxes for $3 per inbox a month with no minimum term. Each inbox sits on a domain EmailPal bought and warmed for at least 14 days, and warming keeps running free for as long as you keep it, so there is no separate warm-up bill.

You claim an inbox and can send the same day. Its own examples: 10 inboxes send 150 emails a day for $30 a month, and 40 inboxes send 600 a day for $120, about 15 cold emails per inbox per day. Inboxes are managed from the dashboard, the REST API or an MCP server, and leased inboxes do not count against EmailPal plan limits (plans from $69/mo).

Pros

  • Lowest verified price: $3 per inbox a month, against $4.50–$15 elsewhere.
  • No lock-in: No minimum term; release one inbox and its billing stops.
  • Warm-up included forever: Warming continues free while you keep the inbox.
  • Same-day sending: Claim an inbox and send the same day.

Cons

  • SMTP, not Google or Microsoft: Teams that want Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 inboxes need another provider.
  • Inventory-based: Availability depends on stock, and Growth and Scale plans get priority.
  • No placement guarantee: Placement is measured per listing, "not a promise".

What we would avoid

Buying aged personal Gmail accounts. "Buy aged gmail accounts" is searched about 260 times a month, but buying or selling personal Google accounts breaks Google's terms, and those accounts get suspended. Use business mailboxes on domains you control.

Sending cold email from your main domain. Pre-warmed inboxes exist so you never have to. Keep your primary domain for normal email.

How to choose a pre-warmed inbox provider in 2026

1. Cost & value for money

The sticker price per inbox is misleading. Add the domain fee, any setup or first-month surcharge, and whether warm-up keeps running for free after you buy.

For 30 pre-warmed inboxes, the monthly cost ranges from $90 (EmailPal) to about $471 (Reply.io), a 5.2x spread.

Instantly$10$15/domain/yr$300 + domainsHelp-center price; locked to Instantly
Reply.io$15$25/domain/yr≈$47110 domains × 3 mailboxes

Monthly billing, USD; yearly domain fees spread over 12 months. Prices from each provider's page, 20 October 2026.

2. How long the inboxes were warmed

Longer warm-up builds more sending reputation. LiteMail states 4+ weeks, Reply.io at least 3 weeks, EmailPal at least 14 days and Puzzle Inbox 14–30 days. Smartlead, Instantly and Primeforge do not publish a duration, and Cheap Inboxes gives none.

3. Ownership and lock-in

Check who owns the domain and whether you can move the inboxes. Instantly keeps domain ownership and admin access and the accounts only work inside Instantly. Smartlead and Reply.io fix the names and bundle 3 mailboxes per domain. EmailPal, Cheap Inboxes and Puzzle Inbox have no contracts.

4. Google, Microsoft or SMTP

Some recipients filter differently by sending provider, so many senders mix Google and Microsoft inboxes. Puzzle Inbox and Cheap Inboxes sell Google; LiteMail, Primeforge, Smartlead and Reply.io offer both; Instantly is Google only; EmailPal sells SMTP inboxes.

5. How many emails each inbox can send

Pre-warmed does not mean unlimited. EmailPal plans on about 15 cold emails per inbox a day and Instantly ramps accounts to 20–25. To send 1,500 cold emails a day at 15 per inbox you need about 100 inboxes: $300 a month at EmailPal, $900 at Smartlead before domain fees.

Final words

Pre-warmed inboxes save the 2–4 weeks it takes to warm new mailboxes, and the price per inbox varies 5x between providers for a similar product.

If price per inbox and no lock-in matter most, start with EmailPal at $3. If you need Google Workspace specifically, use Puzzle Inbox. If you live inside Smartlead or Instantly, their own accounts save setup at about three times the price.

How we researched this guide

Each provider was reviewed from its own pricing, product and help-center pages on 20 October 2026. Prices are per inbox per month in US dollars, monthly billing, plus any domain fee.

We list only providers that publish a price for pre-warmed inboxes. Zapmail, Mailforge, Infraforge, Maildoso, Inframail, Scaledmail, Premium Inboxes and Mission Inbox sell fresh mailboxes or did not publish a pre-warmed price when we checked.

No test campaigns were run for this edition. When we run them, inbox placement results will appear in a "What we saw" block under each provider.

Prices are confirmed automatically on the 1st of every month where the provider's page allows it; changes are logged below.

Frequently asked questions

Where can I buy pre-warmed email accounts?

EmailPal rents pre-warmed inboxes at $3 per inbox a month with no minimum. Puzzle Inbox sells pre-warmed Google Workspace inboxes at $4.50, LiteMail from $39 a month for 5, and Smartlead, Primeforge, Instantly and Reply.io sell them at $9 to $15 each.

How much do pre-warmed inboxes cost?

Pre-warmed inboxes cost $3 to $15 per inbox a month in 2026, plus a domain fee at most providers: EmailPal $3, Cheap Inboxes $3.50, Puzzle Inbox $4.50, Smartlead and Primeforge $9, Instantly $10 and Reply.io $15.

What is a pre-warmed email account?

A pre-warmed email account is a cold email inbox that has already been sending and receiving warm-up mail for weeks, so it has a sending reputation on day one. You skip the warm-up a brand-new inbox needs before cold outreach, usually 2–4 weeks.

Are pre-warmed inboxes worth it?

Yes, when time matters. Warming a new inbox takes about 2–4 weeks. At $3 an inbox, 30 pre-warmed inboxes cost $90 a month and can send from day one, which is usually cheaper than a month of lost outreach.

How long are pre-warmed inboxes warmed?

It depends on the provider: LiteMail states 4+ weeks, Reply.io at least 3 weeks, EmailPal at least 14 days and Puzzle Inbox 14–30 days. Smartlead, Instantly and Primeforge do not publish a duration.

How many emails can a pre-warmed inbox send per day?

Plan on about 15 to 25 cold emails per inbox per day. EmailPal's examples use 15 (10 inboxes send 150 a day) and Instantly ramps accounts to 20–25. Pre-warmed inboxes start at a safe volume; they are not unlimited.

Is it safe to buy aged Gmail accounts?

No. Buying or selling personal Gmail accounts breaks Google's terms and they are often suspended. For cold email, use pre-warmed business inboxes on domains set up for sending, from a provider that configures SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

What is cold email infrastructure?

Cold email infrastructure is the sending setup behind outreach: separate domains, inboxes on them, SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, warm-up, and the IPs mail leaves from. Pre-warmed inboxes are the fastest way to get the inbox part ready.
